Khimberly Zavaleta of Sherman Oaks succumb to injuries received at school. A fellow student threw a metal insulated drinking container at her head, after Khimberly had defended her sister who was being bullied. The injuries received by Khimberly's sister were not as serious. Khimberly developed seizures a few days after the violent incident.
