Do you have an extra skein of yarn in your stash? Just one? Did you know that you can make a hat with that? Did you know that chemo caps are needed in all colors, styles and sizes?

Chemo caps are needed all year long! We accept new, handmade hats for men and women. All styles and colors. The softer the yarn, the better! Don't knit or crochet? Sewn hats are great too!

**We collect adult hats only at this time. Hats are needed in all colors and styles for both men and women!**

Wash hats using only use non-scented detergent and no scented fabric softener or dryer sheets. Chemo also makes people very sensitive to scents! Can't create a hat?

Did you know that chemo caps are needed in all colors, styles and sizes? For children and adults? For men and women? At all times of the year?

Did you know that people battling cancer spend so much money on treatment costs that it is often a financial hardship for them to purchase a hat?

Do you know how important it is for cancer warriors to know that others are thinking of them and wishing them well?

Do you really have anything better to do with that skein than make a chemo cap for someone?

Join us and spread hugs, hope and love……one hat at a time.

Support us by spreading the word about the need for chemo caps, like and share our posts, donate to help cover shipping and supply costs or just follow us and cheer us on as we try to make a difference. Over 49,000 chemo caps and counting have been gifted to those who need them.

Note:  DelawareHeadHuggers.org  IS NOT a 501c3 non-profit.  Their explanation is: "No, I am not. That requires money and a board and I'd rather use my money and time to get hats to those who need them - not to do paperwork!"  Facebook   robin@delawareheadhuggers.org
