The Boyle Heights Shelter-in-Place Order was LIFTED at 02:35PM, related to LAFD Incident # 1019
Smoke from the fire had drifted towards the Pacific Ocean and was visible looking eastward from the San Fernando Valley as far west as Winnetka Avenue.
