NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the California Health and Human Services Agency
(CalHHS) Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (CPHS) Full Board meeting
originally scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, has been rescheduled due to the
committee’s inability to meet quorum requirements necessary for compliance with the
Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act.
