The Rotterdam study -cited in the Euoropean Journal of Hepatology details how coffee and herbal tea consumption is associated with lower liver stiffness in the general population.

Coffee and tea have been proposed to limit the progression of liver fibrosis in established liver disease, but it is unknown if this is also true for subclinical fibrosis

ADHD

Experts from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), a private online university in Barcelona, Spain, conducted a study about an alternative to controversial pharmaceutical solutions for the symptoms of ADHD, but a caution was also in the conclusion:

The study, a systematic review of animal studies published in open access in the scientific journal Nutrients, concludes that a prescribed consumption of caffeine can increase attention and retention capacity in adolescents and adults suffering from this psychiatric disorder."

but if there's a symptomatological presence of hyperactivity or impulsivity, we must be more cautious,"

Cancer

A study published in 2016, in the Lancelot Oncology, observes the carcinogenicity risks between drinking coffee, mate, and very hot beverages. The World Health Organization,  also sites the study and summarizes the findings in a publication from the "International Agency for Research on Cancer"

The Working Group found no conclusive evidence for a carcinogenic effect of drinking coffee.
However, the experts did find that drinking very hot2 beverages probably causes cancer of the
oesophagus in humans. No conclusive evidence was found for drinking maté at temperatures that are not very hot.

"Many epidemiological studies showed that coffee drinking had no carcinogenic effects for cancers of the pancreas, female breast, and prostate, and reduced risks were seen for cancers of the liver and uterine endometrium."

Note the citations for benefits are mostly based on black coffee consumption.
