While the first winner of the Derby in 1875 was Aristides -named after an Athenian statesman. The only winning horse to reflect foliage, herbs, or anything growing out of the ground was Count Turf in 1951. There is no horse scheduled to run this year that reflects greenery - so suggesting a win based on the collision of Herb Day & the Race is not going to happen.
