12-15-25 Item 8(c) Res # 25-80- In November 2024, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention,
Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024, also known as Proposition 4. The Santa
Monica Mountains Conservancy ("Conservancy") was allocated funding from Proposition 4 for
several different categories, including, but not limited to wildfire resilience, watershed improvement, climate change mitigation, and outdoor recreation opportunities. - The public may comment on the emergency regulation package by submitting comments to OAL or Conservancy staff, as described in the Finding of Emergency and Notice of Emergency Rulemaking Action. Conservancy staff may be required to work with OAL to address any outstanding issues with the process or substance of the proposed regulations.
