The last time a President traveled to Venezuela was in October 1997 when President Clinton met with then President Caldera in Caracas. George H.W. According to market research company Neilsburg, the city of Los Angeles has 4,155 Venezuelan's living here. While there is no breakdown for the San Fernando Valley, the nearby city of Santa Clarita has 404 people from Venezuela.  Florida has the largest number of people, with over 300k, from Venezuela now living in America, according to the Palm Beach Post

A study from USC indicates - there are 8,531 people living in L.A. County from Venezuela

Zip Atlas suggests there are 3,164 people in Los Angeles City from Venezuela with details the population by zip code. They indicate there are 425 people in Santa Clarita, 95 in Beverly Hills, 77 in Thousand Oaks, and 58 in Simi Valley.
