Fatal Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash in Canoga Park: 2024 & 2026

A fatal hit-and-run crash in Canoga Park 2/5/26 with a $50K reward repeats a similar pedestrian fatality in December 2024.

On Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 2:00 A.M., a silver Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Roscoe Blvd east of Lennox Ave when it collided with a pedestrian who was walking southbound crossing Roscoe Blvd. The driver of the vehicle fled from the scene without stopping, identifying self and rendering medical aid to the pedestrian who sustained severe injuries. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

LAPD is attempting to identify the Hit and Run vehicle and driver, or any possible witnesses.
