UPDATE: The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) responded to the 8800 block of Burton Way in Beverly Hills regarding a barricaded suspect wanted for the attempted murder of a peace officer. The suspect is armed and is holding a hostage inside a vehicle. The suspect is wanted for additional charges in the city of @cityofbevhills

NARRATIVE:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) personnel are responding to assist Beverly Hills Police Department with a barricaded suspect. The incident was reported on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM., on the 8800 block of Burton Way in the City of Beverly Hills.
SEB personnel will assume tactical command.
