Can't come to the reception? From June 8 - 20, you can view our 22nd Annual Ceramic Arts Exhibit during normal business hours, featuring ceramic artists from across Southern California.
Featuring over 30 artists from Southern California, this exhibit showcases contemporary clay forms that celebrate the intersection of human touch and earth.
From the perfect thumb-rest on a morning mug to the intuitive balance of a pouring vessel, this exhibit, curated by ceramist and teacher Ray Yocum, explores the silent dialogue between the maker’s hands and the user’s experience. Come explore how ceramics intertwine into our everyday lives.
Join us for the Opening Reception, Saturday, June 6, from 6pm to 9pm. The exhibit will be on view at McGroarty Art Center from June 8-20, Monday – Saturday, from to 10am - 4pm. All proceeds from art sales will benefit the center’s community arts programming.
