FOUND: 3 Ridgecrest Children Abducted by Father

29-year-old Julio Roman-Garcia was arrested and the children are safe. The reports of the 5' 9" 400lb father abducting the children began at 11:30am and shortly after 4pm they were safe. No information was provided as to where the rescue occurred.

There is no information concerning the actions prior to the abduction of 4-year-old Hailee Roman, 8-year-old Kaiser Roman, and 10-year-old Maximus Roman
