Dog Haus, the Southern California-based craft-casual brand known for its gourmet burgers, brats and brews, will bring its chef-driven comfort food to 1003 San Fernando Road in the San Fernando Plaza on Wednesday, March 11.As an added highlight, the San Fernando restaurant will be the first Dog Haus location in California to feature the brand’s new menu, giving guests an early taste of the bold, flavor-packed lineup ahead of its systemwide rollout later this spring. While the full menu will be available, several must-try standouts include:Bacon Onion Jam Smashburger, The Hogfather, The Buff Chick, Chorizo Burrito, and the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken.Dog Haus Biergarten San Fernando will host a ceremonial ribbon cutting at approximately 11 a.m., kicking off a grand opening celebration designed to give back to the community. The activation will benefit the San Fernando High School athletic department and invites the community to support the program while experiencing the new Biergarten. From March 11–15, the restaurant will redeem 5,000 grand-opening coupons distributed throughout the San Fernando area, allowing guests to donate $3 in exchange for any menu item for free. The celebration continues March 16–20 with a second opportunity to participate, as guests can claim a digital coupon through the location’s social media pages and redeem it in-store with a $2 donation to receive one of three offers: BOGO any menu item, 25% off their entire order (no limit), or a free shareable with the purchase of any item.
