Mindfulness & Resilience: Calabasas Campus Pepperdine 5/14 3pm
The GSEP Psychology Advisors would like to invite you to our Mindfulness & Resilience themed event organized in collaboration with the Counseling Center, Community Engagement and Service, and RISE!
Please join us for a workshop led by the Counseling Center on the topic of stress, coping, and incorporating self-care and mindfulness strategies in our daily lives. For those who are able to attend, you will also receive a succulent provided by RISE, representing strength and perseverance. There will be other goodies to take home and food and refreshments provided by CES.
If you were unable to RSVP but are able to attend once the day comes, please feel welcome to participate!

Each campus will hold the event on different days within May (Mental Health Awareness Month):
- Wednesday, 5/14 from 3:00PM-4:00PM at Calabasas, Rm 113
- Wednesday, 5/21 from 3:00PM-4:00PM at WestLA, Rm 333
- Tuesday, 5/27 from 3:00PM-4:00PM at Irvine, 2nd floor Student Lounge
