Community Champions Contest - Win Tickets to LA Dodgers Game & Meet Julio Urias

Have someone in your life that you'd like to acknowledge as a Champion in the Community? During the month of May, we're honoring heroes in the community as part of Mental Health Awareness Month, presented by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. 

Nominate an essential worker in your life that contributed greatly to their community.

Submit a short video as well as 2-3 photos.  

Please keep your video submission to less than 20 seconds.

Nominees must be residents of LA County
