AUTHORIZE the Director of the Bureau of Sanitation or designee to award TOS SN-135 to CDM Smith, Inc. from the On-Call Consultant list;
APPROVE a total budget of $780,000 to conduct Technical Support for Urban Lakes Real-Time Monitoring Systems; and
APPROVE the term of engagement beginning with the Notice-to-Proceed date through July 22, 2024.
