Parties & Events at the Zoo

A little publicized opportunity exists at the L.A. Zoo if you want to have an unusual and memorable event. Facepainting, an Education Station, and Caricature Artists are available at hourly rates.

Locations within the Zoo property include: 

• Self-guided -Requires a $75 planning and processing fee (waived for GLAZA members). Additional Fees and Discounts may apply.
  • Cave Corner $300 - up to 40 guests *
  • Lair Overlook $500 - up to 80 guests *
• Rental Venues - These venues require rentals for seating. Set-up fees may incur. A Zoo party coordinator can assist you with your rental order. Additional Fees and Discounts may apply.
  • Zoopendous $950 - up to 400 guests
  • Cactus Patio $400 - up to 80 guests *
  • Mahale Mountain $1000 - up to 80 guests
