Get Married on Valentine’s Day by the L.A. County Clerk in Norwalk

Walk-in /Same-Day Civil Ceremonies on Valentine’s Day at the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk in Norwalk between 8:30am until 4:30pm.

Dean C. Logan,  Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC), announced Wednesday that the RR/CC will perform same-day marriage licenses and civil ceremonies at the Norwalk Headquarters on Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, February 14, between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Same-day marriage licenses and ceremonies are only available at the Norwalk headquarters.

Appointments are required at the branch office locations.

Couples are encouraged to complete the online Marriage License Application before they visit the Norwalk HQ to expedite the process.
