A mother keeps community attention on the court process for justice in the 2020 death of her sons Mark & Jacob Iskander. While a mothers' murder of three children in 2022 is ignored.
May 7th, 2022, three children were shot and killed in West Hills. The mother was charged for the murder along with her 15-year-old son, as an accomplice.
There has been no visible follow up, for public benefit, of the court process for justice.
No public notice of what led up to such an unnatural and tragic course for a family.
The scheduled arrangement & plea of Angela Dawn Flores was October 4th and 5th, 2022, then extended to January 31, 2023. It is now April 30, 2023 at 8:30am in Van Nuys Courthouse West.
While the father(s) of the children are out of state and respect for their sorrow would warrant some caution, as well as the 16yr old being charged as a minor. How does the absence of public report or access to the trial serve the public interest?
- Alerting the public of the warning signs
- Reminding the public of possible help needed for a single mother in a new neighborhood.
- Cautioning families of the impact of adult stress on children
A pretrial conference for Rebecca Grossman regarding responsibility, culpability, as the driver of the vehicle involved in the 2020 death of two children, Mark and Jacob Iskander, is scheduled for March 6th, 2023 in Van Nuys Courthouse. A contingent of people will appear, at the request of the boys' mother, in addition to the pursuit for justice.
Two other Iskander minor children were present and saw the accident but were not physically injured. The two Grossman children were teenagers at the time, but not present, have received no public attention. A now adult daughter is expressing her insights on her own website.
