If you register your email address with your property, the LA County Assessor's Office will notify you within 48 hours of any activity recorded on your property!

Homeowner Alert Service
You can now sign-up to receive a "Homeowner Alert" by email anytime something is recorded on your property, such as a grant deed, a deed of trust or a lien. By registering your email address with your property, we will notify you within 48 hours of any activity recorded on your property which can be an important tool to prevent fraud and deed theft.

IMPORTANT: To receive Homeowner Alert Service (e-Notification), register today and select the Opt-In for AIN/Recorded Document email notification

This is a one time requirement and once you are registered, you will not be asked to re-register.
