Tara Davis-Woodhall of Agoura Wins Gold

Update:  The U.S. Men's Water Polo team lost against Serbia.  They will not be moving forward to qualify for a medal.  The 10-6 loss by the U.S. against two-time defending champion Serbia was a semifinal match.

Update: Kendall Ellis was stuck in a porta potty during trials last month.  This captivated more headlines than anything about her track & field skills.  And she has garnered a contract with toilet brand Charmin.  She did not win a medal in the 400M individual today.  Women's 400m Final - Athletics | Paris 2024 Olympics .   The Womens 4 x 400m Relay Round 1 was won by the US but Athletics - Women's 4 x 400m Relay - United States of America (olympics.com)  the final will be tomorrow. 

Tomorrow 5:35 am the U.S. Men’s Water polo team will play in the semifinals against Serbia. Local athlete, Ben Hallock of Studio City will be participating in the Olympics for the third time. He is currently also plays professionally for Pro Recco in Italy. The U.S. has not won a medal in Men’s Water Polo since 2008!
