CBP mourns the line-of-duty death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Daniel Salazar on May 13, 2022. BPA Salazar began his CBP career on June 17, 2018,  and served most recently at the El Cajon Station in San Diego Sector. We offer our deepest condolences to his colleagues, friends, and family. He will never be forgotten.
