The 2022 Emmy awards will be broadcasted September 12th via NBC. These are Television productions that were aired June 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022. Further qualifications and parameters are visible on the ATAS website.
Overlooked by the broadcast event is the Creative Arts Emmy Awards and Ball; which this year will be held Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4 2022.
The presence of television in the majority of American lives is nearing four generations. It is an accepted part of life, and yet the history of the design and process of the television format is not known to most people who utilize it for news and entertainment. The Academy uniquely provides interviews of people who participated in that development.

- The Power of TV inspires both industry professionals and the public with panel discussions that celebrate the power of television to inspire social change.
Current membership parameters
31 Peer Groups representing specific fields of expertise within the television industry. Applicants must meet the requirements of their Peer Group to be considered for membership in the Academy. Click here for more information about member benefits.
Active Membership is $200 per year
Associate Membership is $125 per year
Academic Membership is $75 per year for a student or $100 per year for faculty
