An post on FB Marketplace by Rebecca Nguyen Sanchez of Orange County has an appeal for discovery of an "A-Line" Wedding Dress accidentally donated to Goodwill in Brea.

The details are Rebecca was married in 2017, her wedding dress and memorabilia were donated to a Goodwill Brea (634 S. Brea Boulevard  714-255-1099 ) two weeks ago. However, most donations are centrally processed and so locating the item requires searching a broader scope than the one store.  It is interesting to know there is a process for such an incident: "an accidental donation form".

Her story has been covered by Southern California television news, local print, and her own post on Facebook.

"This is a long shot, but my wedding dress was being stored at my parents’ home and through the divorce process between my parents, things were donated without checking and my wedding dress was donated to goodwill. It was sent to the warehouse so they cannot track which store it was sold at.

If you have it, please consider selling it back to me. I will pay more than you paid for it. This is heartbreaking for me and I would love to have it back. Thank you so much. "

If you have any information about the dress please contact Rebecca via FB or the Goodwill in Brea.
