Baptism Weekend: Sept 16, 17 & 21

it’s time to celebrate people declaring they’re “all in” at our baptism weekend! Immediately after each service, we will be heading outside to cheer on everyone being baptized and to enjoy food trucks. Register to be Baptized!

In this class we will cover 4 things you need to know before you are baptized and 3 things you should do before you are baptized. Then you will be given the opportunity to schedule your baptism on an upcoming weekend at Shepherd Church.

The final words of Jesus, “…go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…” Baptism is a critical moment in the journey of every Christian. In the 2,000 years since Jesus gave his final command, the action and meaning of baptism has been distorted and misinterpreted. We are all in need of a reminder of the purpose and significance of baptism in the life of every believer. Through these sermons you will learn what the Bible has to say about baptism and the importance of publicly declaring our faith through baptism.
