If you're local to the Los Angeles area, I was wondering if you'd be interested in joining our SFV Freeway Cleanup Team.
LAIT911 is committed to preserving the natural beauty and health of our local environment. Litter along freeways isn't just unsightly; it poses significant environmental hazards, impacting local wildlife and polluting our landscapes.
- When: Every other Saturday or Sunday morning (more details to come)
- Where: 101 Freeway near Sepulveda Basin (San Fernando Valley)
- What We Provide: Training, equipment, light breakfast, snacks, and water
- Benefits of Volunteering: Community service hours, networking, and the satisfaction of contributing to a cleaner and healthier planet.
