Simple Mills is an established snack company and introduced new flavors including lemon. The sweet thins are made with watermelon seed flour!  It's flavored with lemon oil which gives a stronger lemon flavor without being tart.  They are focused on regenerative agriculture and in their about us statement they assert "our planetary health journey begins with a deep focus on agriculture and its impacts, especially on the food we make. We’re doubling down on our ingredient sourcing and product design as our biggest opportunity to create positive impact."

Colorado Jack boasts they are "farmer grown since 1932", but in 2015, Brian Engstrom and his family decided to start producing pre-popped popcorn. After working with a chef to create unique blends of seasonings and flavors, our 5 legendary flavors were established. They generously offered samples of a very tasty and sweet  "Legendary Caramel Popped Corn

And then there is Lebby's Pistachio snacks; dark chocolate and milk chocolate dipped pistachios.  The chocolate is not used to mask a stale pistachio but rather the very tasty and fresh pistachio's they source from Turkey are not overwhelmed by the chocolate coating nor is salt present....at all!   Lebby Snacks are distributed by Healthy Habits of Brooklyn, NY.

Dole, of Westlake Village, had a large booth at the show and it was a popular site.  Their fruit snacks and new DoleWhip frozen dessert  was presented in generous samples. If you look at online videos the Dole chefs were detailing in 2018 how to make your own whipped pineapple frozen dessert.  Jump to 2023 and the company had introduced easy to eat DoleWhip frozen dessert cups.  The integrity of Mr. Murdock, Chairman of Dole, who passed away in 2023 at age 100, is obvious and present in their healthy and tasty food.
