While the traffic thru Topanga stops at Grand View Drive and alternate routes to Malibu or even local schools are now causing regular drivers extra hours in their commute. However, it is imperative the residents of the San Fernando Valley make an extra effort to support the businesses who will receive no traffic from the south, from the Pacific Coast Highway, from Malibu.

It is interesting to note that ABC7 suggested the address of the slide was at 2559-2633 Topanga Cyn Blvd. while KTLA suggests it is 2530-2533. Meanwhile, a quick look at 2559 Topanga reveals it is a 1 bedroom home with over 331,000 acres built in 1947. However, the LA County assessor's office identifies it as government property.
