November 11th, 2021 marked the first Veterans Day for the National World War I Memorial in Washington, D.C. The Doughboy Foundation’s annual remembrance of Bells of Peace featured special guest Admiral Mike Mullen, the 17th Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The 2022 Ceremony will feature special guest General Barry R. McCaffrey, USA (Ret.). Please join us this year and every year, at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, to honor all those who served and sacrificed in WWI.
Thousands of people and organizations also participate via the Bells of Peace app. Join us by tolling “Bells of Peace” on 11/11 at 11am local time, and honor all those who served and sacrificed in WWI.
