STOLEN: Burbank Water & Power Utility Pickup Truck near Third Street and Providencia Avenue.

Chevrolet 2500 California License Plate # 1175799

The white pickup truck is equipped with a rear toolbox and lightbar, as well as shovels and cones in its bed. 

Photos captured of the vehicle, stolen Friday afternoon around 3pm, show it on the southbound I-5 freeway.
