The LA County Dept of Economic Opportunity launched a new Economic Opportunity Holiday Grant program, powered in partnership by the American Rescue Plan Act & PACE.
According to the National Retail Federation, retail spending in the U.S. is projected to reach record highs this year, with consumers expected to spend an average of $25 per person higher than in previous years. In Los Angeles County, with 90% of businesses employing fewer than 20 people and representing the most diverse business community in the nation, the impact of the holiday shopping season can significantly boost local economies.
Is your small business or nonprofit still feeling the impact of the pandemic? Team DEO launched a new Economic Opportunity Holiday Grant program, powered in partnership by the American Rescue Plan Act and @paceinla, to help you recover and grow in the new year! 🌱 You could be eligible for up to $5,000 in funding!
PACE is a nonprofit that supports the employment, education, environmental, housing, and small business needs of communities across Los Angeles. Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment was founded in 1976 to provide job training and placement services for the Asian Pacific Islander communities in Los Angeles. PACE has since expanded into a variety of service areas, all tailored to meet the growing and changing needs of the multi-ethnic communities in Los Angeles County.
