National Cheese Day - June 4th

According to the Academy of Cheese, there can never be too many days to celebrate all there is about cheese, in other words too much is not cheesy!

A day dedicated to cheese eating, learning about varieties and recipes as well as historical significance originated in 1914, by the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association of Monroe, to promote the cheese industry in Wisconsin. It is no surprise since Wisconsin is "The Cheese State" .
