      • a new Article 27 to Chapter 1, Division 10 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code relative to the reduction of single­ use plastics, including reusable alternatives, zero­ waste events, facilities, and related matters; 
      • October 26, 2022, relative to adding Article 2.1 to Chapter XIX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to promote the use of reusable bags and regulate the use of plastic and paper single ­use carryout bags at apparel stores, farmers’ markets, food or beverage facilities, hardware stores, and open air markets; 
      • November 10, 2022 relative to adding Article No. 5 to Chapter XlX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, to prohibit the distribution and sale of expanded polystyrene products commonly referred to under the trade name Styrofoam; determinations of exemption under California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15308 and that no exceptions in Section 15300.2 exist, including no unusual circumstances, as stated in the Notices of Exemption and accompanying reports.
