None of the 40 venues for "Netflix Is a Joke" Comedy Festival: Los Angeles May 1-12 are in the San Fernando Valley; home to 45% of L.A.'s 4 million people. 540+ comedians missing the SFV!
There are over 540 comedians participating in the Joke Festival at forty different venues throughout Los Angeles, the largest being the Hollywood Bowl, Kia Forum, Crypto Arena and Rose Bowl and smaller but equally famous but smaller sites include the Greek Theater, the Improv and Troubadour in West Hollywood.
However, despite infamous SFV residents Howie Mandel, Arsenio Hall (moved away in 2022), and Kevin Hart appearing at the event it did not translate to using any of the facilities in NoHo, Canoga Park, or even along "The Boulevard" (Ventura) to ease the commute for local residents in the Valley.

The event is open to all ages, but like any comedy show, some material may be inappropriate for younger attendees. However, here is a list of comedians participating in the event, who have been vetted - who have had the label of "clean comedian" attached to their name by multiple sources. It is possible other comedians at the event are "clean", but we didn't find them on the most popular lists.
