Currently, customers using Verizon Wireless cellular service to call 9-1-1 are experiencing issues contacting the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center. AT&T and Verizon Wireless are working together to resolve the issue. If you are having issues reaching 9-1-1, please either send a text message to “911” or make a voice call to 805-654-9511 until the issue is resolved.
