The premier health industry trade show ExpoWest began in 1981 with 3,000 attendees. Over 65,000 qualified attendees are expected for Anaheim Convention center's largest event.
There are over 2700 exhibitors from across the United States and world. They represent manufacturers, equipment, suppliers, distributors, all focused on the healthier food and products. Each year a theme, a trend, becomes evident beyond the snacks. Whether it is chocolate replacing carob, cannabis infused items, tooth powder, pet food, soy, oat, protein, or even water; the popularity of a product or ingredient attracts new vendors and eventually a contract by the major retailers.
