Anniversary Series: First Presbyterian of Granada Hills 78yrs

The significance of the U.S. 250th anniversary is notable. But in the San Fernando Valley a number of companies, communities and religious organizations have milestones in 2025!

The First Presbyterian Church of Granada Hills celebrated their 78th anniversary on Sunday August 10th.  It is noted there are almost 25  members who have been attending the church for 50 years.  

This is a significant in that, while Granada Hills is similar to Altadena in generational ownership of property.  Many people continue to live in a community which has no mega-mall, no large manufacturer has ever settled in and the newer land development is primarily north of the 118 freeway.

So returning back to the Church, the 78th Anniversary Sunday worship and discussions are visible on youtube. The Church has a full schedule for August as detailed in their monthly calendar "SPIRE" with this excerpt of activities.
