Description:

Elliott Kuhn, owner of Cottonwood Urban Farm, will discuss organic gardening basics, including Soil and site preparation, container gardening, seed starting and other preparation methods, local ecology, slides and videos from his beehives, and much more. Following Kuhn's presentation, The Platt Branch Library's Teens Leading Change group, "Platt's Pollinator Protectors," will be discussing the benefits of pollinators, followed by a fun activity.
